Hey There!

I'm Willy

Im a level 3 personal trainer, breathwork coach (oxygen advantage) and muay thai boxer. My career within the fitness industry started over 5 years ago and I have helped many achieve a lot along the way. From general fat loss and strength building, to injury rehab its fair to say I’ve transformed 1000’s of people physically and mentally.

Building resilience is one of the biggest aspects for me, where I’ve helped people develop a solid mindset, to overcome anxiety and gain pure confidence – enabling them to conquer challenges such as stepping into the boxing ring and performing!
